Carseld Residential Home sold to First Time Buyer

Carseld Residential Home located in the Brigg was sold to a first time buyer in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Carseld Residential Home is a delightful residential care home for the elderly located on the outskirts of Brigg, a charming North Linconshire town, in the peaceful countryside and only a short drive away from local shops and amenities. The care home is registered for 22 residents, with 18 single and 2 twin bedrooms.

The buyer was attracted to the business for a number of reasons, first and foremost how well it was run by its previous owner as well as its excellent reputation in the area. He plans to continue to provide the same high quality of care the business is known for and grow the business.

The buyer confirmed: “I am very happy to have purchased a care business from Redwoods Dowling Kerr and would certainly work with them again in acquiring future acquisition.
