Established in 2005, Care Wish Ltd, headquartered in Cradley Heath, Staffordshire, is a highly regarded specialist supported living provider. With a strong reputation for quality care, the business supports 22 service users with a variety of complex needs such as down syndrome, ADHD and autism.
The business has a wide range of clients with a variety of needs; from a single carer-to-client ratio to clients requiring three-on-one support with complex needs, the business provides care 24-7. This includes support to access education and vocational training, and medication assistance. Care Wish Ltd is rated ‘Good’ by CQC in its latest inspection.
With the client looking to exit due to retirement, Nathan Miller, Corporate Finance Executive at Redwoods Dowling Kerr, identified the ideal buyer in Eden Futures.
Eden Futures, backed by Sovereign Capital Partners, has provided high quality supported living services for over 30 years. The company operates across the Midlands and North of England supporting more than 700 service users, employing 1,600 staff.
