Care Service 24, a highly respected homecare agency headquartered in Bournemouth, has been sold to Torbridge Capital, in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Established more than a decade ago, Care Service 24 delivers around 1,100 hours of homecare each week across Dorset and Hampshire. The agency has been registered with the Care Quality Commission since 2012 and holds a current ‘Good’ rating, maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations.
The agency has built trusted relationships with BCP Council, Dorset Council, and Hampshire County Council, with the majority of service users supported through long-term framework agreements. Its strong reputation, loyal client base, and experienced team have made it a cornerstone of high-quality homecare within the region.
With the client seeking to move on to other business opportunities, Senior Sales Negotiator, Asif Musa managed the transaction and identified the ideal buyer in the established operator. Asif said:
“Care Service 24 has been providing exceptional support to the local community for many years. I’m pleased to have supported a smooth completion and wish both parties every success for the future.”
