Redwoods Dowling Kerr are pleased to announce the sale of Capstone Care Provider Ltd, a group of two children’s homes in Nottingham, to Family First Fostering Ltd.
Operating from semi-detached properties which have been carefully updated and converted, the homes are ideally situated within residential areas of Nottingham and cater for residents aged from 6-17 years of age.
Enjoying high occupancy levels, the homes have been in our client’s ownership since the business was established in 2008, earning strong reputations for excellent standards of care, support and development within warm and friendly environments. An experienced management team and complement of long standing, qualified staff at both homes has been another factor of Capstone Care’s success.
Following our client’s wish to retire, specialist healthcare negotiator, Asif Musa, found the ideal buyer in Family First Fostering Ltd, a company that has been in the children’s home sector for over a decade.
