Camber Lodge Care Home, a reputable home providing quality care for young adults with learning disabilities in a comfortable and pleasant environment, is under new ownership.
The home, which has an excellent reputation with the local authority, has been purchased by Arcare Homes, based in Wolverhampton.
Camber Lodge is presented in very good order throughout with eight en-suite bedrooms facilities. Some service users are from further afield such is the overall reputation for the quality of care and general location, making it a pleasant place to live with the beach close by.
After managing the business since 2012, our client realised that now was the perfect time to sell Camber Lodge to fulfil her retirement plans. The vendor enlisted the experienced brokerage services of Redwoods Dowling Kerr to facilitate the sale of the home.
Once the business was placed onto the market, Camber Lodge generated a substantial amount of interest. After 10 viewings and six competitive offers, the home was sold to Sumit Sabharwal of Arcare Limited, a leading corporate purchaser with a strong portfolio of care homes.
Mr Sabharwal said the care homes’ specialist service and well-run operations attracted him to the business.
