Redwoods Dowling Kerr are pleased to announce the successful sale of Busy Kids nursery, sold to a first-time buyer.
Based in Greater Manchester, the nursery has been successfully operated by the present owners since 2007 and during that time the nursery has earned an excellent reputation for offering quality childcare.
Subsequently, the nursery has healthy occupancy levels whilst also enjoying regular referrals and recommendations.
With a capacity for 67 children providing professional care from 3 months through to 5 years of age, Busy Kids nursery has an experienced management team and long-serving staff members in place which is another factor of the nurseries on-going success and reputation.
The Nursery operates from a modern, highly visible property offering spacious and versatile nursery accommodation which is well appointed throughout.
The owners, Dave and Sandra Hooper, wanted to sell Busy Kids and they decided to instruct Redwoods Dowling Kerr once again, as we’ve sold two of their nurseries before.
Using our bespoke marketing strategies that have proven successful in their quest in selling their nurseries, Dave and Sandra received significant interest and received 10 viewings and six offers.
The successful buyer saw the opportunity to purchase Busy Kids as an excellent investment venture and their plan is to grow the nursery in the future.
