A well-known and highly renowned residential care home in Cornwall has been purchased by existing operators, advised by RDK.
Brookside House is detached former care home that is presented to a high standard, located in the well-populated area of Jacksdale.
The two-storey property has been extended and upgraded to provide versatile accommodation offering spacious public areas, 23 single bedrooms, and a passenger lift.
The owners of Brookside House wanted to sell the property as they wished to pursue other business interests.
