Bright Stars Childcare sold in 12 weeks by RDK

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Bright Stars Childcare located in Frome, Somerset.

Bright Stars was founded in 2010 by best friends Bridget Cottrell and Elaine Garland. With the help of their management team who Ofsted quoted as being “inspirational” they achieved a rating of “Outstanding” in 2017.

All of the nursery’s rooms provide a warm, caring learning environment that encourages all children to reach their full potential.

Each member of staff is highly qualified and have extensive experience of working with early years children, a strong factor in the nursery’s strong reputation.

With a capacity for 80 children and an impressive turnover in excess of £800k, it was an opportunity not to be missed. The business was swiftly sold to an existing operator who has previously used Redwoods Dowling Kerr to acquire other nurseries.
