Bright Sparks Nursery sold to The Little Village Nursery

Bright Sparks Nursery located in Lancashire sold to The Little Village Nursery in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Bright Sparks is a charming children’s day nursery in Penwortham, approximately one and a half miles South West of Preston. The nursery sits in a convenient and accessible position in a densely populated residential area, along a main road. It is located close to the town’s major commuter routes and public transport facilities.

Bright Sparks caters to a total of 43 children from 3 months to 5 years and received a ‘Good’ rating from Ofsted in 2018. The nursey has established an excellent reputation for providing professional, quality childcare, with historically high occupancy levels and regular referrals.

The buyer confirmed: “I am very happy to have completed the sale. We have big plans for the business. We’re looking to make some changes and modernise the setting and I would be looking to purchase using Redwoods Dowling Kerr again in the future.”
