Ideally situated close to the seafront in Southsea, Braemar Care Home has provided high standards of care to 35 residents since 1989. The care home operates from three substantial detached properties, each of which has been sensitively converted and tastefully modernised to create a charming and fully equipped environment. Earning an enviable reputation in the local community, the care home benefits from a team of trained and experience carers, having received a ‘Good’ rating by the Care Quality Commission at their most recent inspection.
Following our clients’ retirement, Redwoods Dowling Kerr identified a suitable buyer in Arnewood Group. Having operated nurseries for over 20 years, the acquisition marks the group’s entry into the healthcare sector. Arnewood Group intend to continue providing outstanding levels of care and continue to build the home’s excellent reputation.
