Bluebells Day Nursery sold to First Time Buyers

Bluebells Day Nursery located in the West Midlands sold to first time buyers in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Bluebells, a highly successful and reputable children’s day nursery, occupies a prominent easy to reach position, with access to commuting routes, and a motorway network close by. The setting is registered for 46 children from birth to 5 years of age.

Although the buyers are first time operators, they have a history of working in childcare. They both had a desire to establish their own business and were attracted to Bluebells due to its ideal location and excellent potential. The new owners wish to continue the business’s history of providing quality childcare, as well as build upon it and break new ground by integrating their own values into the business’s already strong ethos.

The buyer confirmed: “The takeover has been very busy and there are still some aspects of the sale to sort, but we are really enjoying it. In relation to the service – This was very helpful; we found the communication relatively easy and it was good having one point of contact with Sarah to be able to liaise with directly.  We would say we are very relieved that the sale has gone through at last. We are really excited to start the new adventure and can’t wait to put all our knowledge and new ideas into practice at what we know can be a fantastic setting.”

Childcare Broker Sarah Ellison stated: “We would like to wish Ellie and Kayleigh all the best with their first Nursery Purchase, they have work very hard in the industry and now get to step into their own business. We know they will do exceptionally well and are confident Bluebells will continue to grow from Strength to Strength. We would also like to wish Steve all the best for the future in his other business interests.”
