A highly respected home care agency on the Isle of Wight has been sold to corporate healthcare operators, in a deal brokered by RDK
Better at Home (IOW) Limited has been established for over 10 years with a strong reputation, providing over 700 hours of care per week.
The business provides high-quality services for dementia, domestic services, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and personal hygiene care to adults their own homes.
The home care provider also has a strong working relationship with the local council and a ‘Good’ rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Having built up the successful business for several years, the owner decided to sell Better at Home (IOW) Limited as they wanted to retire.

The purchaser is a corporate operator specialising in delivering first-class care to people across the UK.
The company has purchased several domiciliary businesses from RDK previously and owner said Better at Home (IOW) Limited is an excellent bolt-on acquisition.
