Bethany Day Nursery, a first-class day nursery based in Merseyside, has been sold by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
The nursery has a capacity for 57 children providing quality care from birth through to five years of age.
Bethany Day Nursery is situated within a populated residential area just off the main motorway networks. The Mersey tunnels, Liverpool city centre and neighbouring towns and villages are also easily accessible, ensuring the nursery attracts children from the immediate locality.
Having successfully operated in the locality for many years, Bethany Day Nursery has cemented a truly enviable reputation with historically high occupancy levels and enjoying regular referrals and recommendations.
The nursery was rated “Good” by Ofsted in 2016 and the owner’s wished to sell as they wanted to retire from the sector.
The owners instructed Redwoods Dowling Kerr in the sale and we used our bespoke processes to generate a significant amount of interest, with five viewings and four attractive offers submitted.
Bethany Day Nursery was sold to Welcome Nurseries, a corporate group with a strong portfolio across the North West.
The deal was completed in just seven weeks after the offer was accepted by the vendor.
