The buyer said it was a fantastic opportunity in a strong location, and they wish to continue well-run operations previously set out by the owner.

“I want to take this opportunity to thank our clients who have been prompt throughout and their willingness to adapt to situations has been second to none. Congratulations on your well-earned rest.
“The buyers have also tirelessly shown commitment throughout having kept in contact with us and the vendors, making for easy communication whilst the sale was ongoing. It has been a pleasure to work with you and I wish you all the luck in your new acquisition.”
