The care home has been under current ownership for several years and has established itself as a leading provider of professional care, support, development and dignity to residents across the Fylde coast.
Belgravia Care Home occupies an enviable position on the promenade within easy reach of the town centre with its shops and amenities and demonstrates an excellent trading record.
Enjoying regular referrals and recommendations, Belgravia Care Home was rated as “Good” across all 5 areas by the Care Quality Commission in October 2018 and there is an experienced management team together with a compliment of skilled, long standing qualified carers in place.
The property has 23 single en-suite bedrooms and a two-bedroom apartment, with tasteful décor and excellent facilities.
Having owned Belgravia Care Home for many years, the owner wanted to sell as they wished to semi-retire, and Redwoods Dowling Kerr was instructed in the sale.
Having cemented a prominent reputation with a fantastic trading location, the care home generated strong levels of interest. A total of six viewings were generated and six offers were submitted.
Belgravia Care Home was sold to Dr Sunil Krishnankutty, an existing operator who wants to continue the smooth operations of the business and explore new avenues for further development.
