We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of Boyack Enterprises Ltd, trading as Beaufort Hall Nursing Home, a well-established freehold care home in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, to an experienced operator.
Beaufort Hall is registered for 33 residents and currently provides care for 25, offering a mix of dementia care for the elderly alongside support for those with physical disabilities and frailty. The home comprises 27 single rooms and 4 double bedrooms, 70% of which are en-suite, with potential to add a further 7 single rooms. The resident mix is approximately 75% local authority and 25% private placements.
Operating for over 20 years, Beaufort Hall has built strong relationships with local authorities and the surrounding community.
