Redwoods Dowling Kerr is delighted to announce the successful sale of Beaconsfield Childcare Ltd, a highly regarded group of two children’s day nurseries in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. This group has been acquired by leading childcare provider Bright Horizons Family Solutions Ltd.
The nurseries – Brindley House and Northgate House – are located in the affluent town of Beaconsfield, having long held strong reputations for delivering exceptional early years education and care. Both settings are rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and with a combined capacity for 150 children, provide inclusive and supportive learning environments for all.
The two settings enjoy high demand and sustained occupancy levels. The nurseries are recognised for their quality, consistency and long-standing service to families in the area.
