Redwoods Dowling Kerr is delighted to announce the sale of Beacon Hill Day Nursery, a well-established and highly regarded children’s day nursery located in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire. 

Registered for 65 children, the nursery provides a warm and stimulating environment for children aged from birth to five years. Operating from a substantial detached property, it occupies a prominent and accessible position along Beacon Hill Road, attracting families from the local area and surrounding towns. 

Established by RDK’s client in 2002, the nursery has built an excellent reputation for delivering quality childcare in a safe, nurturing setting. It is well-equipped throughout, with vibrant learning spaces and secure outdoor play areas designed to support children’s development. 

Following a confidential marketing process with Redwoods Dowling Kerr, the nursery was sold to the established operator, Yellow Brick Road Daycare Ltd. The sale marks a new chapter for this much-loved setting, which has been successfully operated under family ownership for over two decades.
