Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Ashford Lodge in Derbyshire to an existing operator.
Ashford Lodge is a former care home in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. The setting had a capacity for up to 20 and provided care for the elderly and dementia patients. The original owner desired a quick sale for the now vacant property and turned to RDK due to our track record in selling similar businesses.
The business garnered a large amount of interest due to its potential to be used to provide other types of care. The new owner wishes to reopen the business and continue running it as a care home and provide top-level healthcare to service users.
Our client and the former owner of Ashford Lodge said: “I have finally sold my former care home with Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
