In another successful childcare deal orchestrated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr, Minoa KBL Holdco Ltd has acquired an impressive day nursery in Wiltshire.
The vendor instructed RDK to find a buyer for their nursery due to a desire to relocate. The bespoke marketing campaign highlighted its reputation and excellent lease with favourable terms, which delivered nine viewings and two offers.
Apple Tree Nursery has provided excellent care and education to the community for the last 14 years and a current capacity of 53 children aged from 3 months to 8 years. The purpose-built setting contains spacious and well-lit rooms with direct access to a large outdoor area.
Minoa KBL Holdco’s background is within the financial sector. However, one member of the group has a young child while another is undertaking training in childcare. They were motivated to acquire Apple Tree Nursery due to its excellent reputation in the community and intend to build on the superb work of the previous owner.
The vendor said, “The experience has been positive, and I always felt well informed. I was looking to relocate and didn’t want to continue as a remote owner after many years of day to day involvement, so selling seemed the right option. It was vital to me that the great team I have were able to feel secure in their roles and appreciated for the excellent work they do once I left. Natasha has been accommodating in all aspects of the sale.
