Angels by Day Ltd, a group of two children’s day nurseries in Nottingham, have sold to Kids Planet Nurseries in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Comprised of Springfield House in Bulwell and Hillside House in Lenton, Angels by Day provide high quality childcare for up to 157 children across Nottinghamshire. Offering a creative and flexible approach to learning and childcare, the nursery group aims to help children grow as individuals through the Montessori approach. Operating for over 27 years, both settings have built an outstanding reputation in the local area, with an experienced team of staff and ‘Good’ Ofsted ratings.
Following our bespoke Corporate Sales Process, Senior Sales Negotiator Karrina Lee successfully guided the sale of Angels by Day through to completion in under eight weeks. Identifying a suitable buyer in Kids Planet Nurseries, the Angels by Day settings join over 200 Kids Planet nurseries across the UK. The sale marks Redwoods Dowling Kerr’s latest deal with the leading childcare provider, following their acquisition of Fledglings Ltd and The Wendy House Day Nursery earlier this year.
