Amber House Residential Home Sold to First-Time Buyer

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Amber House Residential Home in Burton-on-Trent to a first-time buyer.

Amber House is a well-established care home for the elderly based in the town of Burton-on-Trent in Staffordshire.

Having developed an enviable reputation for providing excellent standards of care, support, development and dignity within a warm and friendly environment, Amber House was offered for sale due to the owner’s retirement.  The buyer, Azeem Masih, was attracted to the business due to its reputation and how well it had been run by the original owner. The new owner wishes to continue to provide the same excellent levels of care that Amber House has become known for.

The buyer confirmed: “I am very happy to have purchased a care home from Redwoods Dowling Kerr and would certainly use their services again.
