Alness Road is a former residential care home for residents with mental health problems. The property is perfectly positioned at the heart of a densely populated and popular residential area. It can cater to 10 residents offering a set of single bedrooms.
The tenant, an operator of a successful children’s home, was attracted to Alness Road due to its ideal location and desire to further develop and expand his existing business. The tentant wants to build on Alness Road’s 27 year history and continue to provide the best quality of care to children and young people.
