Allcare Community Care Services sold to Optimo Care Group

Allcare Community Care Services located in Lancashire sold to Optimo Care Group in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Allcare Community Care Services is a highly respected supported living and home care agency operating out of Southport, Lancashire. It provides 24 hour care and support for adults affected with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health issues.

Allcare delivers close to 750 hours of domiciliary care per week to around 50 service users who reside within Southport and the neighbouring towns and villages, including Formby, Crosby, Ainsdale and Churchtown.

The buyer, Optimo Care Group, a major healthcare provider, aims to deliver high quality person-centred services that exceed the expectations of their service users. Optimo’s interest in Allcare arose due to how well the original owner ran the business and its excellent reputation. Optimo wants to continue to provide the best quality care and grow the business by adding it to its portfolio of domiciliary care.

The buyer confirmed: “I would like to welcome the Allcare team into the Optimo family and also say thank you to Pauline for all her work developing the service to what it is today. I would also like to extend my thanks to Asif Musa for helping put this deal together and his support throughout.”
