Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Abbeycare in Sheffield to Optimo Care Group.
Abbeycare in Ecclesfield is a highly successful supported living and domiciliary care agency for adults with learning difficulties. It caters to up to 60 service users offering up to 3000 hours of care per week.
Abbeycare garnered the interest of Optimo Care Group, an existing provider of domiciliary care and supported living. Optimo, a returning client of RDK, wishes to use the foundations established by Abbeycare’s former owners and help the business continue to provide excellent care to all its service users.
The buyer confirmed: “I am delighted to announce our latest acquisition of AbbeyCare. This deal further develops and supports our current growth strategy in supported living and complex care services. With a values base aligned to Optimo, we look forward to working with the AbbeyCare teams to plan the next stages of development and growth for the service across South Yorkshire.
