This transaction marks the transfer of two residential care homes – Beechwood House and Barrington Lodge Nursing Home – along with two additional residential flats, to the established healthcare operator Arishta Ltd. The care homes are registered for a combined total of 66 residents and operate with a high occupancy.
The homes are well known for delivering specialist nursing and residential care across a broad range of complex needs. These include dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and mental health conditions. The care provision is personalised, placing dignity, independence and quality of life at the centre of the service.
Both homes hold a ‘Good’ rating with the CQC and are located within close proximity to one another. Each home offers a warm, safe, and engaging environment with a focus on person-centred care.
