The home specialises in care for adults with learning and physical disabilities and is registered for seven residents with single rooms, providing residential care for people aged between 18 and 64.

This resulted in three strong offers being put forward for the renowned day-care setting. The successful offer came from Expanding Horizons, who were looking to broaden their portfolio.
