Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Baildon House Nursery in Baildon, West Yorkshire.
Baildon House is a day nursery registered for 32 children located in an accessible residential area. The vendor, Mrs Linda Skarrow, had placed the setting on the market due to family reasons.
The nursery was acquired by Mrs. Linsi Tidwell, an experienced nursery owner who made Baildon House her second purchase through Redwoods Dowling Kerr, having previously purchased Jellytots in 2014. Linsi bought Baildon House with her partner and in conjunction with her brother and sister in law as a joint venture.
Speaking of her new project Linsi said “Our drive to become multiple nursery owners comes from my background in healthcare and my husband’s experience as a Head teacher. Alongside her brother and sister in laws financial and training backgrounds. We saw these as transferable skills and wanted to run our own business”.
The nursery was bought in a condition that required modernisation and repair, and has been completely redecorated, with an outdoor area renovation and new mud kitchen installation.
