1st Step located in Merseyside was sold to a First-time Buyer with Experience in the Sector in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

1^st Step is a first class children’s day nursery registered for 105 children aged between six weeks and eight years old. Operating since 2005, the setting was rated “outstanding” at its latest Ofsted inspection and holds a truly enviable reputation.

The substantial and imposing detached nursery operates from six principal rooms plus a holiday club, sensory room and secure outdoor areas providing soft play areas, a lawned garden and a selection of outdoor children’s furniture.

1^St Step has been bought by a family with extensive experience in nursery inspection and management.

The buyer confirmed: “Thank you, Natasha, for your help. You have been amazing, thank you. Exciting times are ahead for our family.”
