Redwoods Dowling Kerr is delighted to announce the successful sale of 1st Class Care Solutions Limited, a well-established domiciliary care agency based in Livingston, to Grosvenor Health and Social Care Ltd.
Trading across the East of Scotland, 1st Class Care Solutions provides between 2,800 and 3,000 weekly care hours to approximately 200 service users. The business offers a comprehensive range of support, including personal care, night care, and respite care. It operates with a strong second-tier management structure, enabling smooth day-to-day operations, and maintains a positive reputation with a ‘Good’ rating from the Care Inspectorate Scotland.
The sale was successfully negotiated by Karrina Lee, Senior Sales Negotiator for Childcare & Education at Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
