Giggles Galore, a well-respected private children’s day nursery has been sold to a local operator looking to expand their services in the area.
Situated in the East Midlands town of Spalding, the independent nursery and education setting offers all-year-round care and indoor and outdoor learning for children aged 0-5.
The nursery has successfully operated since 2014 and has earned a truly enviable reputation, with historically healthy occupancy levels, enjoying regular referrals and recommendations.
There is an experienced complement of qualified staff members in place, which is another factor of the nursery’s success and on-going reputation.
The business operates from an impressive and imposing detached two-storey property, which has been converted offering spacious and versatile nursery accommodation.
Our client Mark Dale, owner of Giggles Galore, placed the business on the market as he wished to fulfil other business interests.
Once Redwoods Dowling Kerr was instructed in the sale, the nursery received a huge amount of interest and received seven viewings, with three attractive offers.
The nursery was eventually sold to Country Kids Day Nursery, a local operator looking to expand their services across the Midlands.
