Expanding operator, Three Little Birds Limited acquire London nursery group, Crystal Childcare Limited thanks to Redwoods Dowling Kerr

 This desirable childcare group is now under new ownership.

Resulting from an initial instruction to sell just one of the groups nursery settings, we are delighted to announce the sale of Crystal Childcare Limited, a group of three day nurseries in London.

Crystal Childcare has a combined capacity of 115 places with 1 setting rated as Outstanding and the other two settings rated as Good by Ofsted.

The sale, brokered by Redwoods Dowling Kerr, sees expanding operator Three Little Birds grow to a group of 6 nurseries within London.

Following on from the acquisition on the 8^TH January 2020, Three Little Birds now cares for more than 220 children across 6 nurseries in London.

Three Little Birds Nurseries was founded in 2019 with a mission to provide quality childcare in the area. Their ethos lies within their name, three little birds, the Owl, Toucan and Canary. The Owl represents knowledge, Toucan wellbeing and the Canary Happiness. Happiness, wellbeing and knowledge for their children, families and staff are at the heart of everything they do.
