Wise Owls Childcare acquires new setting thanks to Redwoods Dowling Kerr

Redwoods Dowling Kerr sells Foxley Nursery School in Reading, Berkshire.

Delivering the utmost standards of childcare to 36 children between the ages of 2 to 5 years of age, Foxley Nursery School enjoyed consistently healthy occupancy levels thanks to the regular referrals and recommendations.

Ideally located and having successfully operated for many years a buyer was soon established.

Once on the market with Redwoods Dowling Kerr, the Nursery School received an offer after only three viewings. With the vendors, Russel and Sharon Trayling, offering the sale of the business due to their wish to retire, the successful bid was made by Mrs Tanya Galitzine-Scott, the founder of Wise Owls Childcare, with the success of the group being attributed to her 17 years’ experience within the childcare sector.

Buyer, Mrs Tanya Galitzine-Scott commented:
