Redwoods Dowling Kerr sells Jungle J’s Indoor Soft Play and Party Centre, Chadderton, Lancashire.

Established in 1999 and later purchased by the vendor in early 2014, Jungle J’s Indoor Soft Play and Party Centre earned an excellent reputation within the surrounding community thanks to regular referrals and recommendations, allowing the business to enjoy an extensive and loyal customer base.

The family run play centre offered an exciting and highly stimulating environment for children of all ages to interact with boasting an impressive array of play frames and slides alongside a popular baby and toddler area.

The soft play centre also enjoys lucrative trade through a bustling café with seating for 90 guests, serving a fine selection of beverages with hot and cold dishes, helping to maximise the profitability of the business.

The soft play centre ensured the safety of the children in attendance with the implemented measures earning the business a GOLD Operator Award for the 4^th consecutive year after being inspected by ROSPA.

Receiving an offer after 6 viewings, vendor Mrs Sally Byrne took the opportunity to the market with Redwoods Dowling Kerr after making the decision to retire. The successful bid was made by Arron Leech, a nursery manager with 13 years’ experience within the industry.
