Redwoods Dowling Kerr helps expanding operator acquire fourth setting in Redditch, Worcestershire.

Tinkerbells Nursery and After School Club delivers the upmost standards of childcare 51 weeks of the year, to children under the age of 8 years old. Having operated at the current locality for the last 30 years, the nursery has established an incredible reputation over this period, demonstrating historically impressive occupancy levels and their standards of care being reflected through being awarded a “Good” rating upon their most recent Ofsted inspection.

With a capacity of 88 children, the nursery setting is split into 5 dedicated spaces, a self-contained baby unit, toddler room, tweenie room, pre-school and an independent ‘out of school” club room, each providing a unique space that is bespoke to the needs and care requirements of each age range.

Receiving 2 offers on the back of 4 viewings, the successful bid was made by Mr and Mrs Rupal, proprietors of three other family run childcare settings within the West Midlands. Detailing that they were attracted to the opportunity after recognising its prominence within the community and industry after 30 years of trading, the Rupal’s intend to elaborate on the historical success of the setting, integrating the acquisition in to their existing childcare group.
