Redwoods Dowling Kerr help expanding operator acquire Day Nursery in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Put on the market by Redwoods Dowling Kerr due to the owners, Mrs Diane Rhodes’, Mrs Molly Crawley’s wish to retire, the business had 8 viewings with 2 offers being made. The successful bid was made by Ms Karen Redfearn, a current operator within the sector. Attracted by the reputation of the prestigious setting and the owner’s management over the last 22 years, Karen hopes to continue the success of the business whilst incorporating her own ethos and ideas.
