“Your advice helped immensely, and your energy is endless, you know the childcare business inside out which is a testament to your success in completing the sale so smoothly.”
“I can’t thank you enough along with your colleagues who showed great team work whenever we spoke to them.”
Pleased with the support she received throughout the sale, Buyer Karen Redfearn stated;

“The service has been second to none, with Sarah keeping me updated every step of the way, she has been a breath of fresh air with her “can do attitude”. She has managed to keep 4 Solicitors in line which she has done with tact and diplomacy along with keeping a buyer that sometimes went into reverse moving along very swiftly.”
“Sarah kept pushing and keeping everyone in the loop and moving forward. She has been great, and I can’t wait for her to find my next purchase.”
“I can without a shadow of a doubt recommend Sarah at RDK. It makes such a refreshing change for someone to set out what they will do, and not only do that but go above and beyond. It has been a real pleasure working with Sarah, and I look forward to working with her again in the near future.”
Lead Negotiator of the sale, Sarah Ellison commented;
“I am pleased to have assisted Mrs Rhodes and Mrs Crawley with the sale of Greengate House Day Nursery, I understood it must have been a big decision for them to sell after setting up the nursery 22 years ago.”
