Play & Learn Day Nursery Limited is a group of 2 childcare settings registered to care for a total of 90 children aged between 3 and 5. The first of the two nurseries was established by vendors, Mojeed and Donna Adoti 12 years ago, with the second being set up to meet the increased demand for the setting’s renowned care.

The nursery group enjoyed a historically healthy occupancy, resulting in an impressive annual income exceeding £550,000. Renowned for providing excellence in childcare, creative and exclusive learning experience, the settings gained a “good” rating upon their most recent Ofsted inspections.

Mojeed and Donna put the nurseries on the market due to their wish to pursue other business interests, with the nurseries gaining 2 offers after 5 viewings. The successful bid was made by corporate buyer Ashbourne Day Nurseries, increasing their portfolio to a total of 16 settings.
