Polly’s Day Nursery, which recently underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2016 had a capacity of 40 children and was put onto the market after the vendor, Sarah Meakin, wished to pursue a change in direction.
After 5 viewings the business attracted 2 offers, with the successful bid being made by a first-time buyer, John Keeling who made the purchase on behalf of his daughter Hannah who holds 7 years within the childcare sector.
