Storal Learning Limited acquire 17th setting through Redwoods Dowling Kerr

Redwoods Dowling Kerr sell “outstanding” nursery in Cheshire.

With children under the nursery’s care making “exceptional progress”, Tiggy-Winkles’ “inspirational teaching” earned the setting an “outstanding” rating during their recent Ofsted inspection in December 2018. With a capacity for 100 children, the setting boasted an impressive annual fee income due to its historically healthy occupancy levels.

Once on the market, Tiggy-Winkles received immediate interest with a final bid date having to be put in place. All parties that viewed the setting submitted offers. The successful bidders were the national operator Storal Learning. Attracted to the nursery due to its renowned and exception reputation for quality, Storal plan to continue the business’s success, with Tiggy-Winkles becoming the 17^th addition to their high-quality portfolio.

Tiggy-Winkles was brought to the market by previous owners Colin & Andrea Scott who wished to spend more time focussing on their property company whilst leaving their nursery in the very best hands.
