SOUTHERN DOMICILIARY CARE AGENCY SOLD THROUGH RDK

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Project Ayla.

Founded in 1986 Project Ayla has since been committed to exclusively providing the highest standards of care, with an unwavering dedication to a personal service that enhances every client’s lifestyle.

Project Ayla’s mission is to help clients remain at home by delivering support with the tasks that have become more difficult, with their services encompassing; medication management, meal preparation, help with household tasks, shopping, bathing and social outings.

Supported by 150 rigorously trained care staff, their professional drive and passion for care earned the business an “OUTSTANDING” rating from the Care Quality Commission in 2017.

Delighted with the sale of her business and now looking to retire, the Vendor explained:

“I would like to like to take this opportunity to thank Redwoods Dowling Kerr and in particular my broker, Sam Fazackerley, for the excellent service offered throughout the process of selling my domiciliary care agency.”

“After speaking at length with Sam regarding the details of the business, he was able to provide a comprehensive sales strategy and identify specific parties for whom the opportunity would be of interest.”

“This resulted in achieving an expected premium not only for the sale of the business but also the freehold of the business’s office, which wasn’t particularly expected, and on his professional advice, the securing of a reputable buyer and existing operator.”

“I would certainly recommend the services of Sam and Redwoods Dowling Kerr to anyone looking to maximise the results of selling their business.”

Lead Negotiator of the sale, Sam Fazackerley gave an insight into the deal, saying:

“Project Ayla is an outstanding domiciliary care agency providing high quality and bespoke care across the south west.”

“The Vendor established the business over 30 years ago and it has been a pleasure to find an existing operator with the same vision and drive to purchase the business and expand on their already well-established client base.”

“I hope The Vendor enjoys her well-deserved retirement and the new owners continue to push on the high-quality care which the business has provided over the past few decades.”
