A first-time buyer is enjoying their new business venture following the sale of Stanshawes Court Day Nursery, via Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Cindy-Leigh Fassler acquired Stanshawes Court Day Nursery in Bristol after falling in love with the business and its location.
Situated in the affluent town of Yate, on the doorstep to the Cotswolds, Stanshawes Court Day Nursery is renowned locally for the excellent childcare it provides.
The Nursery is registered for 35+ children aged 2-months to 5-years-old and enjoys historically high levels of occupancy.
Following the sale, the vendor Elaine Bond, is now looking forward to semi-retirement.
