Hulabaloos in Norfolk Sold via RDK

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Hulabaloos, a well-established children’s activity centre in Sutton, Norfolk.

The setting was purchased by David Finch of Alpha Leisure, who is now looking to grow Hulabaloos under a fresh ethos.

An established childcare operator, the sale marks the group’s 30th acquisition.

Commenting on the service, Mr David Finch said:

“Redwoods Dowling Kerr have always kept us up to date with any developments and been on hand to resolves any issues. The service is always top class, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

“Alpha Leisure Ltd, part of the Alpha Group of Companies, is pleased to begin a new journey in its development.

“The group now has 30 settings and the addition of Hulabaloos Play Centre further compliments the company. We are looking forward to more activity centres being purchased and opened over the next 18 months.

“As always, we have no hesitation in recommending Redwoods Dowling Kerr.”

Following the sale of Hulabaloos, the vendor Mrs Tracey Gill is now looking to retire. She commented:

My experience with Redwoods Dowling Kerr was professional and easy from beginning to end.

“The service and response I received was good, my information was passed on without a problem.

“Redwoods Dowling Kerr have been extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I feel very happy to have sold my business and I would recommend Redwoods Dowling Kerr to friends or anyone looking to sell their business.”

Sales negotiator Natasha Satterthwaite said:

“I would like to wish both the buyer and vendor the best of luck in their new ventures and I look forward to working with them again on future acquisitions.”

Hulabaloos operates from a deceptively spacious unit on a business park. The indoor play area can accommodate up to 75 children at a time.
