Former NHS manager buys care home in Surrey

A former NHS manager is enjoying her latest business venture after the sale of Haven House in Surrey.
Mrs Sheela Varughese beat 14 other people in a bid to acquire the grade ll listed building.
A first-time buyer, she was attracted to the former care home due to its size and location in the sought-after village of Knaphill, near Woking.
Recognising demand for quality residential care, the former NHS manager is looking to restore the property to its glory days and re-open it as a care home for the elderly.
