Redwoods Dowling Kerr have completed on the sale of a children’s day nursery in Wandsworth, London after just months on the market.
Early Blossom Nursery was instructed for sale in June 2018 and received considerable interest.
The setting is registered for 35 children aged 3 months to 5-years-old and enjoys a good reputation for the quality of childcare provided.
Operating from a residential area, the Early Blossom Nursery benefits from a prime South West London location, with good links to public transport routes and Central London.
Early Blossom Nursery has been under the ownership of Mr Ameen Ali since 2016. Following the sale, the vendor is now looking to pursue other business interests outside of the UK childcare sector.
In May 2017, Early Blossom was rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted.
