Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Rosebuds Day Nursery in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester.
The popular children’s day nursery was put on the market by Mr & Mrs Selby, who are now looking forward to retirement.
Following 4 viewings and 2 offers, the Rosebuds Day Nursery was purchased by Andrew Wood of the family-run, Wood Care Group.
Citing the location of the business as one of the factors that persuaded him to purchase, Andrew Wood said:
“Our contact, Sarah, was excellent. She was always quick to respond and very approachable. It’s never easy going through the process with solicitors, but Redwoods Dowling Kerr really made the process easier.
“I am now looking forward to getting into the new business and seeing it grow. I am sure we will keep in touch with Redwoods Dowling Kerr to explore future options.”
Rosebuds Day Nursery has successfully operated in the area for over 10 years, having achieved a ‘Good’ nursery from Ofsted in 2016.
The setting enjoys historically high levels of occupancy, with capacity approaching its limit of 79 children between 3 months to 5-years-old.
