Redwoods Dowling Kerr was approached by the owner of Supreme Healthcare Services, Mr Innocent Mukarati who wanted to discuss the potential sale of his business. After successfully running the care service for many years, he had decided that he wanted to progress further with other business ventures and potentially emigrate to Australia, which ultimately led to the decision to sell the business.
Redwoods Dowling Kerr is the UK’s leading healthcare broker and as a result could advertise Supreme Healthcare Services to the perfect audience. The business generated a healthy amount of interest, with multiple viewings and offers being put forward. The successful offer was put forward by Mrs Trina Kapur of Novus Care, an experienced healthcare professional and existing operator.
Mr Mukarati is confident that Mrs Kapur’s experience, combined with the booming healthcare market, will be a recipe for success and knows that he is leaving Supreme in the right hands to push the business forward.
Supreme Healthcare Services is a well-established and highly respected domiciliary care agency which operates in the Surrey and Berkshire regions. The business began trading fourteen years ago and has earned a fantastic reputation within the local area for the level of care provided and the quality of staff. Supreme Healthcare Services offers morning, afternoon and evening care for the elderly along with those suffering with dementia. The business also provides respite care which includes 6-8 hour calls and 24 hour care to a small number of clients.
