National Care Group Limited has already acquired two care settings through Redwoods Dowling Kerr this year, Sunnyfield Support Services and Without Barriers. The buyer’s interest to the sector came from their ambition to increase their market share within the supported living sector. The buyers plan to raise the standard of the homes through renovations and to maximise the occupancy and capacity at each of the homes.
