Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Small Steps Out of School Club in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. The vendor, Mrs Simcock-Bull, decided to place the business on the market due to other commitments and to be able to spend time with her family.

The business was sold to Big Robins Nursery, a childcare operative who aim to provide an outstanding education and learning development, and for children to be empowered to achieve and develop in a nurturing setting. Big Robins Nursery have used Redwoods Dowling Kerr’s services before, having previously acquired a separate setting back in 2014. The property has been subject to a scheme of refurbishment, to provide children with the best possible care.

The sale generated impressive levels of interest with 9 viewings and 4 offers, before being sold to Big Robins Nursery. This was an extremely quick sale taking only two months to complete from the time the offer was made.
