Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Saltwell Childcare and Education, a leasehold day nursery in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear.
The charming detached setting was registered for 125 places and boasted well presented facilities and spacious grounds. Operated under management, the nursery was located in a peaceful yet convenient setting, that had fantastic potential.
Saltwell Childcare and Education generated high levels of interest. Following 11 impressive viewings, the nursery was acquired by first time buyer, Mr Manoj Vedhera. Mr Vedhera, who has a background in the clothing industry, was attracted to the business due to its excellent location. The vendor, Mr Reteesh Wadhwani, decided to place the business on the market due to other business interests.
