Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Jakes Indoor Playworld, an impressive children’s activity centre situated in Bagshot, Surrey. The business generated extensive levels of interest; attracting 10 viewings in total.
Jakes Indoor Playworld had been established for many years, and under the care of the vendors, Mr and Mrs Dockley; the activity centre built up an excellent reputation within the local community.
The play centre came with everything needed to run a business of this nature, and incorporated a 3 level play frame. With dedicated party space, a café, and an animal petting area set externally; the business made generous levels of turnover, which is also as a result of the space being available for exclusive hire.
Jakes Indoor Playworld was eventually acquired by private first time buyers on a leasehold basis for £200,000. Sale completion took only three and a half months and the business was acquired through a cash purchase.
